§ 321

Fresh fruits or vegetables that are sent or conveyed from one province to another or imported may be labelled with the applicable size designation, if any, that is set out in the Compendium or the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable Grades Document. Any size designation on the label must be shown in close proximity to the grade name and in characters that are at least 1.6 mm in height.
