§ 263 Prepackaged fish placed in a second container
If prepackaged fish that is labelled in accordance with this Part is placed inside of a second container and the resulting product is prepackaged fish, other than consumer prepackaged fish, the second container is not required to be labelled with the declaration of net quantity referred to in paragraph 244.1(c).
