§ 244.1

The label of the following prepackaged foods must bear a declaration of net quantity:

(a) dairy products;

(b) eggs graded in accordance with these Regulations;

(c) fish;

(d) fresh fruits or vegetables;

(e) processed fruit or vegetable products;

(f) honey graded in accordance with these Regulations;

(g) maple products, except maple syrup that is not graded in accordance with these Regulations; and

(h) edible meat products.
