§ 202

It is prohibited for a person to sell a consumer prepackaged food whose label bears the word or expression “icewine” or “ice wine” or “ice-wine” or “vin de glace” or any similar word or expression, or any abbreviation of, symbol for or phonetic rendering of any of those words or expressions, unless the food meets the standard set out in Volume 8 of the Standards of Identity Document.
