§ 105 Prohibition — import of mitten crab or puffer fish
(1) It is prohibited for a person to import (a) a live, freshwater mitten crab of the genus Eriocheir; or (b) a puffer fish of the family Tetraodontidae.
(2) Section 19 of the Act does not apply in respect of an import referred to in subsection (1).
