Routine swabbing of food-contact and non-food-contact surfaces and air for pathogen indicators (Listeria spp., Salmonella, Cronobacter). Mandatory in any RTE facility.

- Risk-based sampling plan (Zone 1–4)
- Defined corrective action for any positive (vector swabbing, intensified cleaning)
