Before you continue — the short version
- HACCPlan is a planning and documentation tool. It builds your food safety plan from your own answers and reviewed public-source templates.
- It is not legal advice, not a regulatory approval, certification or inspection. Your local health authority may require more.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your answers, for following the plan, for confirming its limits apply in your jurisdiction, and for keeping your records.
- Supported scope is the US FDA Food Code retail baseline. Special processes (sous vide, curing, reduced-oxygen packaging and similar) are not supported.
- All sales are final. There are no refunds. If you are unhappy with your final plan, you get one free full regeneration within 60 days of your first final.
- Annual plans renew automatically at the standard price until you cancel before the renewal date. One-time plans have a 30-day edit window.
- AI features only help interpret your answers. Every fact in the plan is confirmed by you before it is used.
- Our liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months. Ontario, Canada law applies.
